Leaf Buffalo was once a folk game that every child was familiar with. This painting is a glimpse to the My Childhood series that Van Tich composed in 2017. On close inspection, viewers can notice a buffalo forming from a cluster of rising leaves, alternately, some can sight a hand reaching out, perhaps for a piece of a forgotten memory.
